Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Products damaged during transit.
    • Products with physical defects.
    • Incorrect products shipped.
  • To initiate a return, email info@healthbest.com with photos of the damaged/incorrect product within the specified time frame.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
  • The following conditions will render a product ineligible for return:
    • Product has been used.
    • Seal is broken.
    • Serial number is tampered with.

Return Process

  • Once the returned product is received, inspected, and validated, a refund or replacement will be processed.
  • If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.

Refund Timeline

  • For online payments, refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7 working days of approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 14 working days.
