Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Products damaged during transit.
- Products with physical defects.
- Incorrect products shipped.
- To initiate a return, email info@healthbest.com with photos of the damaged/incorrect product within the specified time frame.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
- The following conditions will render a product ineligible for return:
- Product has been used.
- Seal is broken.
- Serial number is tampered with.
Return Process
- Once the returned product is received, inspected, and validated, a refund or replacement will be processed.
- If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.
Refund Timeline
- For online payments, refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7 working days of approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 14 working days.
